This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent — giving you confidence in your purchase while protecting us against misuse or fraudulent activity.

2. The 100-Day Rest-Easy Trial (Applies to Rest Ease™ Leg Wedge Pillow Only)
2.1 Trial Period
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to decide if the ZenBloks Rest Ease™ Leg Wedge Pillow is right for you.
2.2 Adjustment Period
It can take time for your body to adjust to new ergonomic support.
We require a minimum of 30 days of use before requesting a return to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers.
2.3 How to Request a Return
If, after 30 days and before 100 days, you’re not satisfied:
- Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation.
- Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through one of the following options:
Option A: Return Authorization
We may request that the product be returned for inspection.
If this applies, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Option B: Charitable Donation
If a return isn’t required, you can donate your product to a registered non-profit and provide:
- A photo of the official donation receipt (showing charity name, address, and date).
Option C: Responsible Disposal
If donation isn’t feasible, you can responsibly dispose of the product and provide a photo or short video evidence of the disposal as directed by our team.
Refunds are issued once the process is verified and completed.
2.4 Eligibility & Limitations
- Limit one (1) trial per household or shipping address.
- Valid only for purchases made directly from ZenBloks.com (the official store).
- Trial applies only to the Rest Ease™ Leg Wedge Pillow; all other products follow the standard policy below.
3. Standard 30-Day Return Policy (All Other Products)
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Condition: Refund Eligibility:
Unopened items: Full refund once received and inspected.
Opened Gel Seat Cushions: Refund if item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Used or customized items: Final sale; not eligible for return.
All returns must include original components (e.g., foam core and cover).
Missing parts may reduce the refund amount.
4. Return Shipping, Inspection & Refunds
4.1 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
ZenBloks may provide prepaid labels for verified trial or warranty cases.
We recommend using a trackable service to ensure delivery confirmation.
4.2 Inspection & Partial Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds may be adjusted if:
- The product is damaged, stained, or shows signs of excessive wear.
- Components are missing or altered.
A deduction of up to 50% of the item price may apply for damage or incomplete returns.
4.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection or verification.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
4.4 ZenBloks' Right to Refuse Refund
We reserve the right to decline refunds that show:
- Evidence of fraudulent behavior (e.g., multiple claims, altered items).
- Misuse or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
- Excessive wear or damage beyond reasonable testing.
5. Warranty — Built to Last
ZenBloks products include both a 10-Year Limited Warranty (foam core) and a 1-Year Limited Warranty (fabric cover), valid for the original purchaser only.
5.1 Coverage
- Foam Core (10 Years):
Manufacturing defects such as cracking, splitting, or permanent indentations greater than one inch that are not the result of normal wear. - Fabric Cover (1 Year):
Defects in material or workmanship such as faulty zippers or seam failure.
5.2 What’s Not Covered
- Normal softening from regular use.
- Personal comfort preference or perceived firmness changes.
- Physical damage, misuse, or improper care.
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.
5.3 Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Support with your order number.
- Provide photos or a brief video showing the defect.
- ZenBloks will review and determine whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
If a physical return is required, a prepaid label will be issued.
6. Legal & Policy Notes
- Transparency: All policies are publicly listed at ZenBloks.com/policies.
- Fair Use: We reserve the right to modify or deny trial participation for accounts with a history of return abuse.
- Fraud Prevention: To protect genuine customers, ZenBloks monitors excessive or suspicious return behavior in compliance with FTC and payment-processor guidelines.
