Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Days
International Shipping: Currently on Amazon
Alaska & Hawaii: 15-20 Days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military bases.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products, but we also understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our return/exchange policy:

Once the product is returned, we will issue a refund for the product's full price, minus any discounts, accumulated interest, and shipping fees.


You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange. We realize it takes time to adjust to sleep or sitting positions. Must have original packaging and clean and undamaged. Customers are allowed one exchange, if by then there isn't satisfaction then our team will work with you to solve it.

Your trust in Zen Bloks means the world to us. All our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Here's what you need to know:

Product Eligibility: The warranty is applicable only for current models of our products. Discontinued models are not included. It is the lifetime of the product.

Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from external sources. 

One year on covers and lifetime on the foam core.

Claim Process: If you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty, please reach out to our customer support team. They will assist you with the next steps.
