SHIPPING POLICIES

We use a tiered fulfillment model to ensure your support systems arrive quickly and in excellent condition.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $75.00 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Standard Shipping (Orders Under $75):Cushions: Flat rate of $14.50Leg Pillow Wedge Systems: $24.00 – $35.00, depending on destination.
• Final Shipping Rates: Exact shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package size.
• Fulfillment & Handling:Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.Deliveries are handled by UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics.Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM PST.
• Transit Time Notice: Shipping transit times vary by carrier and destination.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Zen Bloks offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we categorize returns into two paths:

1. Unopened & Factory Sealed
If your package is unopened and the factory seal remains intact, we can authorize a return immediately. Please contact our support team with a photo of the sealed package to receive return instructions.

2. Opened Products
Because ergonomic support products may feel different at first, we recommend using your Zen Bloks system for at least 14 nights to allow your body time to adjust. If you decide the product is not right for you within the 30-day window, please contact support to begin the return process.

Comfort Support
If you feel you need additional time to evaluate your results, please contact us before the 30-day window expires. In certain cases, we may provide an extended evaluation period to ensure the product is the right fit.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in new and resalable condition.

Standards
Returned items must be:

• unused
• free of visible wear or damage
• returned with original packaging and all included components

Items that show signs of use, wear, laundering, or damage may not qualify for a refund.

Return Authorization

To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number. In some cases, we may request photos of the product to confirm its condition before issuing return instructions.

FEES & REFUNDS

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Typical return shipping for leg pillow wedge systems ranges from $24.00 – $35.00, depending on destination.

Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping charges and promotional shipping discounts are non-refundable.

Defective Products
Products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect are eligible for a free return or replacement.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Zen Bloks products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Foam Core: 10-Year Limited Warranty
• Fabric Cover: 1-Year Limited Warranty
• Coverage: Structural deterioration or loss of foam resilience exceeding one inch.
• Exclusions: Personal comfort preferences, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse/accidents.
• Claims: Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographic verification.
