We are here to help! Whether it's a gift or for yourself, we stand behind everything we make. We promise to create our gel seat cushion with attention to sitting, driving, wheelchair comfort, pain relief, travel ease, and durability—because we want you to love our products and enjoy long sitting as intended. If you aren't satisfied with the gel seat cushion itself, contact us through Amazon, and we will help solve it or offer a 30-day full refund.

Warranty Conditions:
This warranty covers normal use wear and tear.
Proper maintenance of the foam, as recommended by the manual, is required. This includes using the inner cover lining, storing the product in a dry, cool place, and avoiding exposure to water.
Any misuse or abuse of the product will void the warranty.

Claim Process: For warranty claims, photos and videos will be required to help engineers determine any damage, wear and tear, or misuse/accidents. An Order ID will need to be submitted or confirmed through our account backend or email at the agent's requestt. Once ZenBloks agents determine the cause of any warranty claim, ZenBloks reserves the right to determine if it is valid for a warranty claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident in your Zen Bloks® purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

To ensure your continued satisfaction and facilitate an efficient return process, we regularly update our return policy guidelines. We are committed to providing products that meet your expectations. Should a return be necessary, we uphold a transparent and fair process.

Our standard return window is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, with provisions for extended trial periods available upon prior arrangement and approval. When initiating a return, the reason selected must accurately reflect the circumstances of the return. This precise information enables us to analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and maintain the integrity of our product quality assessments.

Please select the return reason that most precisely describes your experience from the available options. Common return reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • "Product did not fit as expected" (e.g., "too tall," "too large," "too small," "not the right comfort preference")
  • "Changed mind/No longer needed"
  • "Item damaged during shipping."
  • "Item defective or doesn't work"
  • "Received wrong item"

While we rigorously uphold the quality standards of our products, selecting the correct return reason for a product is vital for processing. Your truthful declaration of the return reason is essential for our continuous product development and refinement, as exemplified by our ongoing efforts to introduce new options, such as a smaller wedge, to serve the diverse needs of our users better.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Unopened/Unexpanded Items (e.g., for "Changed mind/No longer needed"): Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unexpanded vacuum-sealed packaging, in new and resalable condition. If it is used, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

  • Opened/Expanded Items (e.g., for "Product did not fit as expected" or "Performance not as expected"): Due to the inherent nature of our foam products, once opened and expanded, they cannot be returned to their original, compressed, factory-sealed state. However, for returns based on personal fit, comfort, or performance issues (not manufacturing defects), the item must still be returned in a clean, undamaged, and otherwise resalable condition (excluding the original factory compression). Should an item exhibit excessive wear or damage that renders it unsalable, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee or offer a partial refund. Our dedicated agents will exercise discretion to determine the most equitable outcome for each return.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please follow the claim process under our Warranty section. These items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, and return shipping costs will be covered by ZenBloks.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, shipping error, or damage caused during transit. For returns initiated due to a change of mind, personal preference, or for unopened items where the customer simply no longer desires the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Adjusting to Your ZenBlok Leg Wedge:
Transitioning to a new body-positioning pillow, such as our leg wedges, can sometimes involve a brief adjustment period as your body acclimates to the new alignment and support. We understand that finding your optimal comfort may take more than a few days. We encourage you to allow sufficient time to adapt to your new ZenBlok, trying it in various positions and on different surfaces (e.g., mattress vs. floor) to discover the best fit for your unique needs. If, as your 30-day return window approaches, you feel you need more time to fully adjust or have questions about maximizing your comfort, please contact our customer support team before the end of your 30-day period. We are committed to working with you to help you get accustomed to your new leg wedge. We would be happy to discuss extending your trial period to ensure you experience the full benefits. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Once the product is returned, we will issue a refund for the product's full price, minus any discounts, accumulated interest, and shipping fees.

Exchanges
You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange. We realize it takes time to adjust to sleep or sitting positions. If you need longer, just contact us to make arrangements for an extended return period. We will do up to 45 days. Must have original packaging and be clean and undamaged. Customers are allowed one exchange; if by then there isn't satisfaction, our team will work with you to solve it.

Lifetime Warranty
Your trust in ZenBloks means the world to us. All our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Here's what you need to know:

Product Eligibility: The warranty is applicable only for current models of our products. Discontinued models are not included. This warranty covers the functional lifetime of the product, defined as the period during which the product remains suitable for its intended purpose under normal use and care, for the original purchaser only. For foam-based products, the functional lifetime is generally expected to be up to 15 years, provided there is no material degradation or loss of support due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that impede the product's intended function or result in premature material breakdown under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or damage from external sources, misuse, or improper care beyond the expected lifespan of the foam as defined by its functional lifetime.
One year on covers and the functional lifetime of the foam core (up to 15 years).
