This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage work, so you know exactly what to expect before opening your order.

Return shipping instructions and the appropriate warehouse return address are provided once a return request is approved through our support team.
Before Opening Your Product
Zen Bloks foam products are vacuum-sealed to protect their shape and structure during transit. Once the seal is opened, the foam expands permanently and cannot be re-compressed or returned to its original sealed condition.
Before opening your package, please take a moment to:
- Confirm the product, size, and color match your order.
- Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage from transit.
- Review sizing and elevation guidance if you are unsure which height is right for you.
If anything appears incorrect or damaged, or if you would like help confirming fit, please contact our support team before opening the vacuum seal so we can assist you promptly.
Once opened and expanded, the product is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect covered under our Limited Warranty.
30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered, provided the product remains unopened and in its original sealed condition. This approach balances customer flexibility with the hygiene and product-integrity standards required for foam-based products.
Unopened Products
Unopened items in their original vacuum-sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Product must be unopened, unexpanded, unused, and clean.
- All original packaging and materials must be included.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team with your order number. Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Opened or Expanded Products
Once the vacuum seal is opened and the foam has expanded, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes situations related to:
- Firmness or feel
- Height or contour preference
- Expectations that differ from personal preference
The only exception for opened products is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under the Limited Warranty.

Limited Warranty
Zen Bloks products include a Limited Warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Foam Core: 10-Year Limited Warranty
Fabric Cover: 1-Year Limited Warranty
What This Warranty Covers
Foam Core
Manufacturing defects such as visible cracking, splitting, or material deterioration under normal use. Coverage also includes a visible indentation or loss of resilience greater than one inch that is not part of normal foam softening over time.
Fabric Cover
Manufacturing defects, including faulty seams or zipper failures, under normal use.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Personal comfort preference regarding firmness, height, or contour
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or expected foam softening
- Damage from misuse, accidents, stains, spills, pets, or improper care
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or sold as used or refurbished.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact our support team with a description of the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase from ZenBloks.com or an authorized retailer.
- Submit clear photographs and, if requested, a short video showing the issue.
Each claim is reviewed based on the information provided. Zen Bloks reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this Limited Warranty.
If a defect is confirmed, Zen Bloks may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product or component.
- Provide an equivalent solution.
If a return is required for evaluation, Zen Bloks will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved warranty claims.
Claims involving incomplete information, misuse, alteration, or inconsistent documentation may require additional review or may be declined.
