Keeping Your Cushion Clean

Gel Cushion Cleaning

You can clean your ZenBloks® gel seat cushion using warm water (not hot) and gentle dish soap.
After cleaning, air-dry the cushion completely before use. Each cushion is sealed within its protective inner cover for durability.

Avoid direct sunlight or leaving it inside a hot car. Exposure above 104°F (40°C) can damage the gel structure.
If this happens, allow the cushion to cool below 104°F (using indoor AC if needed for about 30 minutes) before sitting on it again.

Unpacking Your Pillow

Your new ZenBloks® pillow arrives carefully compressed for safe shipping and protection from humidity or cold.

Open the plastic wrap gently to avoid damaging the pillow or cover. The pillow will expand to full shape within a few hours (up to 24 hours depending on the climate).

⚠️ Never wash the foam core — water can permanently damage the material.

About Our Foam

All ZenBloks® memory foam products are made with premium, odor-neutralized polyurethane foam.

You may notice a mild scent upon opening — this is normal and not harmful. We take extra precautions for minimal scent. 

If you’re sensitive to odors, unzip the pillow cover and air out the pillow for 1-2 days before use.
