ZenBloks was created out of necessity. After confronting a significant personal challenge and the need for improved daily comfort, our founder began designing functional tools for better rest and posture. These early prototypes—meticulously refined over years of hands-on testing—formed the foundation of the ZenBloks product line.
Today, our ergonomic solutions are used by people looking to improve sleep posture, reduce tension from long hours of sitting, and build more restorative daily habits. Our Story
Before a sudden, transformative event that profoundly altered his path, our founder lived an active, physically demanding lifestyle. This experience led to significant personal discomfort and persistent physical challenges, sparking a profound need for practical solutions. After years of dedicated effort, working closely with movement specialists, physical therapists, and comfort experts, he began developing innovative, pro-ergonomic memory foam tools designed to provide unparalleled support, enhance comfort, and help maintain an active lifestyle.
Driven by a deep desire to help others facing similar comfort challenges, our founder channeled his experience into innovation. He refused to let personal discomfort limit his active lifestyle. Through years of hands-on product development and testing, he discovered ergonomic solutions that brought him greater daily comfort and support. This personal journey inspired him to share those innovations with others seeking better posture, enhanced rest, and more ease in their everyday routines.
Our Founder
After tirelessly searching for comfort during his own personal quest for ease, our founder GJ developed a deep empathy for others navigating similar physical challenges. He personally tested countless foam pillows, gel seat cushions, and ergonomic prototypes—working directly with foam manufacturers to experiment with shapes, sizes, and densities across pillows, leg wedges, and seat supports. This hands-on journey led to the creation of ZenBloks’ innovative product line—born from a sincere desire to help others feel more supported, comfortable, and at ease in their daily lives.

We're absolutely serious about our testing process.This worn-out prototype from 2010 is where ZenBloks® began—a factory-cut foam wedge meticulously shaped and measured to support lower back comfort and full-body relaxation. Designed to cradle the legs and gently alleviate tension across the hips, pelvis, and spine, this early model laid the foundation for our patented design.
