1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for returns and exchanges, subject to the strict conditions outlined below.

1.1 Condition: Unopened & Unused Products

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are in their original, unopened, vacuum-sealed packaging.

• Eligibility: The product must be completely unused, unexpanded, and in perfect, resalable condition.

• Process for Returns & Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with our support team with your original order number.

• Refunds: For returns, a full refund of the product's purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected by our team. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Exchanges: For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both for returning the original item and sending the new one).

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

1.2 Condition: Opened or Used Products (Strictly Non-Returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product's vacuum seal is broken, it is considered used and is immediately designated as FINAL SALE. It is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

• This is a non-negotiable policy required because our foam products cannot be re-compressed, re-sealed, or resold once expanded.

• This final sale policy covers all instances of personal comfort preference, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product's firmness, feel, height, design, or a belief that it "will not suit my needs."

• The only exception to this policy is in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, which is covered exclusively under our Limited Warranty (see Section 2).

1.3 Clarification on Defect Claims vs. Personal Preference

To maintain a fair policy for all customers, any claim of a manufacturing defect must be substantiated with clear, verifiable evidence as required by our Warranty Claim Process (Section 2.4). If a customer reports an opened product as "defective" but fails to provide the required proof of a manufacturing flaw, the claim will be denied.

Our warranty does not cover personal comfort preferences. Issues related to firmness, feel, height, design, or a belief that the product "will not suit my needs" are not considered manufacturing defects. In such cases, the product is not eligible for a return or refund and remains subject to our Final Sale policy for opened items.

2. 10-Year Limited Warranty

ZenBloks products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable and is the sole and exclusive warranty offered.

2.1 Warranty Coverage Period

• 10-Year Limited Warranty | Foam Core: The foam core is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

• 1-Year Limited Warranty | Fabric Cover: The fabric cover is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

2.2 What This Limited Warranty Covers

• Foam Core (10 Years): Manufacturing defects that result in visible cracking, splitting, or deterioration of the foam under conditions of normal use. It also covers a visible indentation or loss of resilience greater than one (1) inch that is not the result of normal, expected softening from use.

• Fabric Cover (1-Year): Physical flaws in the fabric or zipper caused by a manufacturing error, such as defective seams or a faulty zipper mechanism under normal use.

2.3 What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty is strictly limited to defects in materials and workmanship. It explicitly excludes:

• Personal Comfort Preference: A customer's subjective opinion on the product's performance or attributes.

• Normal Wear and Tear: The natural and expected softening of the foam over time, or cosmetic changes to the fabric such as pilling or fading from regular use.

• Physical Damage or Misuse: Any damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper care, including but not limited to: stains, spills, burns, cuts, liquid damage, or pet damage.

• Improper Care: Damage from failure to follow care instructions, such as attempting to wash the foam core.

• Unauthorized Sellers: Any product sold by an unauthorized retailer or any product sold "as-is," "used," or "refurbished."

2.4 The Warranty Claim Process

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original ZenBloks.com order number.

3. Submit Visual Evidence: We require clear photographs and/or a short video that unambiguously demonstrates the alleged manufacturing defect. This is mandatory for claim assessment.

ZenBloks reserves the sole right and discretion to determine if a claim is valid. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. If we require the defective item to be returned for analysis, ZenBloks will provide a prepaid shipping label.
